We are so good at making things complicated. Too complicated. Unnecessarily complicated. We explain, when a simple “yes” or “no” would suffice. We ramble and stutter when a “Thank you” is all that is needed. We answer what wasn’t asked.

I started doing this a few minutes ago as I was answering some emails. Most of them needed simple answers and I found myself wanting to add to them. Why? Definitely no need. If an explanation is needed, then, we should give one. Most of the time I think the explanation is more for the one giving it, than the one receiving it.

Just a quick thought and a reminder to: Keep It Simple Silly (my girls tell me stupid is a bad word ☺)
